Keep on Dancing! (2018, 3'11'', color, sound, collage&found footage)

Keep on Dancing! is a short experimental film that tries to approach the psychotic unbalance, violence, poverty, injustice and suppression we face in contemporary society. In this case how dancing as a form of expression is used forcefully on animals for peoples’ entertainment. The video of dancing elephants is a found footage, edited in a way that would create new performing patterns. The rest of the film is a contrast, animated scans made out of flowers, stationery, inks, cloths and paint, to support but also contradict the movement of the elephants resembling earthy explosions.
